Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team. The QA will monitor, check and qualify all annotated outputs. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and quality of the delivery made to the End client on the below annotation types

  • Image Annotation – Bounding Boxes, Segmentations, Lines, Polygons, Landmarks, LiDAR etc for objects, features and other elements.
  • Video Annotation – Sequential & Non Sequential data for Bounding boxes, Segmentations, Lanes, Lines, LiDAR etc
  • Audio Transcription –
  • Text Annotation
  • LLM & NLP

Responsibilities

  • Working with the Project & Operations Manager to execute the delivery plan.
  • Working on quality checks for labelled data.
  • Working on annotation tools for critical projects.
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of quality standards.
  • Acting as in-house experts for analyzing the quality numbers.
  • Working as Subject Matter Experts to train Annotators.   

Requirements (Must Haves)

  • 1+ years of proven experience in Annotation. Prior Quality Check experience is a plus
  • You must have great communication skills both written and oral.
  • You should be diligent and hardworking
  • You should be process-oriented.
  • On the feet thinking ability to work under pressure would be a big bonus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development of high-quality datasets that will be used to train and leverage AI models. As a Data Labeller, you will be responsible for accurately labelling data, ensuring the integrity and quality of the datasets, and collaborating with our data scientists and engineers to improve our AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Label data sets in adherence to established guidelines and standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to grasp project requirements and data annotation needs.
  • Conduct rigorous quality control checks to uphold data accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of annotated data, revisions, and feedback.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in data annotation, data labelling, or data entry roles.
  • Proficiency in annotation tools and software (e.g., Label box, Amazon Mechanical Turk, etc. preferred)
  • Attention to Detail Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data labelling tasks.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Previous experience in data labelling or a related role is preferred, but not required.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalising projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Coordinator will also help define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management:
    • Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure project goals are met.
    • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Communication:
    • Serve as a point of contact for project teams, vendors and stakeholders.
    • Prepare and distribute project reports, meeting minutes, and documentation.
    • Facilitate communication between project team members and external partners.
  • Resource Coordination:
    • Assist in the allocation and scheduling of resources.
    • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure resources are available as needed.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor and track project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
    • Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to team members.
  • Quality Control:
    • Assist in ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time.
    • Conduct regular reviews and audits of project processes and outputs.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support to project managers and team members.
    • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting notes.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Suggest improvements to project management processes and tools.
    • Participate in post-project reviews and lessons-learned sessions.
  • Vendor Management & Freelancer Management
    • Source vendors or freelancers who specialise in Computer Vision & Conversational AI.
    • Creating BCP plans for the projects along with Vendors and internal Teams.
    • Ensure performance metrics are in place to manage the vendor performance.
    • Identify process solutions to optimise the cost and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
    • Experience of working in AI stream, understanding the requirements.
    • Experience in vendor sourcing and management is required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Negotiation skills to be top-notch to ensure cost control.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Certifications:
    • PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
